Parker Payne was the lucky winner of the Day One surfboard raffle at the West Coast Open. Day 1 has been a fantastic sponsor of Tige's Endless Wave Tour and is raffling off a surfboard at EVERY stop along the way to one of the winners in the Amatuer division. Parker Payne and Allison Sos were both up to win the board, and better way to decide who got to go home with the board than a good old game of "Rock, Paper, Scissors."
